Late or missing refunds or exchange:
If you haven’t received your refund within 2 weeks of returning your item, please first check your bank account or credit card statement again, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
If your refund has still not processed, please contact us at email@example.com and we will be happy to investigate.
Exchanges should also be received within two weeks of returning an item, but we are subject to the normal seasonal delays or holiday closings. If you feel it is taking unreasonably long, please let us know, at firstname.lastname@example.org
If you would like to make an exchange please contact us at email@example.com We want you to be totally happy with your purchase and will make every effort to accomodate your request.
If you received an item from our store as a gift and wish to return it, you have the following options;
To return your product, please request a return authorization by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org You will receive a printable return authorization and shipping lable via return email.
If the product was defective in any way, Grace Covers will absorb the cost of shipping, both ways. If the item is not defective, you will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
When shipping an item, we advise using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
